📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


🚚 Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high volume, customs, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.


🌍 International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Delivery times vary based on location and local customs procedures.

  • We are not liable for any delays or additional charges caused by your country’s customs department.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

📫 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


🚨 Lost or Stolen Packages

Lumeva is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs:

  • We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.

  • If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to the carrier directly and file a claim.

We’ll do our best to assist where possible, but ultimate responsibility lies with the shipping carrier once the package leaves our facility.


📦 Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts:

  • You will be responsible for reshipping fees.

  • If you choose not to reship, your order may be refunded minus original shipping costs and a restocking fee (if applicable).


❗ Pre-Orders or Backorders

Items marked as pre-order or backorder will ship once available. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless otherwise stated.
